Job Headquarters and reporting to the main office in Downingtown, PA

Job Description:
The person we are looking for will need to be able to perform tasks associated with hazardous and non-hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, facility & equipment decontamination, above-ground and underground tank cleaning activities, and confined space entry projects.

Essential Functions:

Ensures that Health and Safety policies and processes are followed, as well as acting safely at all times.
Operate light equipment including, but not limited to, pumps, vacuum equipment, generators, pressure washers, skid loaders, and hand power tools.
Perform work activities related to chemical, oil, and water spills.
Working in confined spaces above & below ground and on & under equipment.
Working at elevations, including working from ladders, scaffolding, and power lifts.

Work Environment:

Works in a typically loud environment, requiring protective equipment such as work boots, safety glasses, and reflective vests.
Must be able to withstand hot, cold, wet weather conditions.
Working at high elevations such as off ladders, scaffolding, and powered lifts. Will be required to work in confined spaces.

Physical Demands:

The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This position is full-time. Work hours will generally be day shift, with some evenings and weekends.

Travel:
Some travel is expected as part of this position.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Confined space entry certification.
Minimum 6+ months experience.
