USENV, Inc. is a fast-paced, family-owned transportation company looking for an experienced, skilled 1st shift Diesel Mechanic to join our Fleet Maintenance team. This role requires technical skill with heavy-duty trucks and trailers and is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the company’s fleet.

Mechanics Responsibilities:
- Performing routine preventive maintenance and general repairs on the company fleet to assure proper vehicle performance.
- Troubleshooting and repairing brakes, air systems, electrical components, suspension systems, etc.
- Diagnosing and performing necessary repairs to the engine, electrical, and exhaust after-treatment systems.
- Accurately document all repairs and maintenance on repair orders.
- Inspecting and replacing general components as required.
- Must take initiative, be highly reliable, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Diesel Mechanics Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience with diesel trucks.
- Technical/Vocational or specialized training is preferred but not required.
- Complete set of hand tools for heavy truck repair.
- CDL Class A/B (Preferred).
- Ability to work independently with a “can-do” attitude.
